This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the Corporation of Tay Valley Township (“The Township”) to prospective Bidders to submit a proposal for Studying Emissions Reduction Opportunities for the Municipal Office as described in Sections A, B, and C, and inclusive of all submissions on the Bidding System.
